Senior Adult Aerobic Dance Class - Fellowship Hall

Beginning June 12, join us for a six week Senior Aerobic Dance Class in Fellowship Hall, each Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. Led by Cathy Singletary, a former Zumba Gold instructor, our class is a customized senior adult aerobics class. Please bring a towel to put on a chair. Intensity level is up to you; the class can be modified for those with mobility concerns. Please RSVP here so we know how many dancers to prepare for!
