Please provide information about your ministry event or program. This information will help clearly communicate your event/program in a timely fashion. Please coordinate your event/program with your staff contact BEFORE submitting a communications request. All programs/events should be on the church calendar prior to a communications request being made.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE MATERIALS ARE NEEDED. All requests are subject to approval.
Once this form is submitted a meeting with Katherine Nolan (Director of Communications) can be scheduled if necessary.
