Communications Request

Please provide information about your ministry event or program. This information will help clearly communicate your event/program in a timely fashion. Please coordinate your event/program with your staff contact BEFORE submitting a communications request. All programs/events should be on the church calendar prior to a communications request being made.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE MATERIALS ARE NEEDED. All requests are subject to approval.

Once this form is submitted a meeting with Katherine Nolan (Director of Communications) can be scheduled if necessary.

Enter the ministry area and the name of the staff person you are working with on this program/event

Please include start/end times and the location of event. If offsite, please include name and address of the venue.

Please write a description about your event that can be used on the website. Please be sure to include event day/time, registration information, cost, etc.

Space is limited on printed materials. Please remember all requests are subject to approval.

Please write a shortened version to be used on printed materials where space is limited.

Please supply any links (ex. calendar) you would like included in online publicity (app, website, enews). (Contact the administrative staff to obtain the calendar link.)

Please provide a list of any printed materials needed. (ex. posters, postcards, tickets, brochures, etc.)

If you are supplying artwork, please email the files or a link to file location to knolan@fumchurst.org.

Photography*

If you will need photographers at your event, please use the following link and add your event to the photography ministry's calendar.
