Meet Beth Dorcas

Beth Dorcas has served as a Spanish interpreter for worship services at FUMC Hurst for about 8 years. She also translates the bulletins and other written material between English and Spanish for our faith community. Beth and her husband, Phil, are active members of the Compañeros en Cristo Sunday School Class.

Beth Dorcas se ha desempeñado como intérprete de español para los servicios de adoración en FUMC Hurst durante aproximadamente 8 años. Ella también traduce los boletines y otros materiales escritos entre inglés y español para nuestra comunidad de fe. Beth y su esposo, Phil, son miembros activos de la Clase de Escuela Dominical Compañeros en Cristo.

Every Sunday at FUMC Hurst, there are dedicated people working behind the scenes on Sunday mornings translating our English worship service into both Spanish and French. Their work makes it possible for more people to participate fully in worshiping God.
