Janet joined the staff as Director of Ministries to Children and their Families in August 2009.

A Texas native, she comes to our church from Grace United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City, where she served as Director of Ministries to Children and their Families for seven years.

Janet has an extensive background working with children, youth, music, and camping ministries and has served the United Methodist Church in District, Conference and Jurisdictional capacities.

Janet and her husband, Bob, have three adult children. Philip is an elementary teacher in Oklahoma City. Renee and her husband Mike live in Atlanta, where she is a music therapist and music teacher and he teaches special education.
