Greg joined the staff of FUMC Hurst in February 2003, and is a commissioned deacon in the United Methodist Church.

A native Texan, Greg earned a Bachelor of Music degree Arizona State University and a Master of Music degree at University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Greg is a member of Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA), Texas Choral Directors Association (TCDA), and American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).

His wife Sessalie currently serves at the Interim Children's Music Coordinator at FUMC Hurst and teaches elementary music at Heritage Elementary School in the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. They have been married for 20 years and have three children.
