Up to two arrangements may be ordered per Sunday at $50 per arrangement (see below for payment details).

   

If two orders have already been placed on a given Sunday, that date is not available and is not listed in the drop-down menu on the form. If there is one arrangement ordered, there is an asterisk next to the date and only one arrangement may be ordered for that date. If specific colors are requested, the second arrangement will match (colors listed in parentheses, if applicable).

 

Making Payment: Please make your check for $50 payable to First United Methodist Church of Hurst (or FUMC Hurst) and write “altar flowers” in the memo field. Your check can be placed in the offering plate or delivered to the church office any time on or before the date you have reserved.
