Through worship, our community of faith is given form and purpose. Whether through participation in Sunday services, the music program, or special events, the worship of our God is, indeed, the most important collective act we can undertake. In addition to the regular services below, there are services of worship throughout the course of the year that follow the Christian calendar.
Sunday Mornings
All services of worship are of a traditional style with familiar hymns and meaningful liturgy.
Sunday morning worship takes place in the Sanctuary at these times:
8:30 a.m.
9:45 a.m.
11 a.m.
Saturday Evenings: Genesis
An alternative to our traditional Sunday worship, Genesis features acoustic guitar in an intimate setting. The Genesis service takes place in the Fellowship Hall Saturdays at 6 p.m.
Saturday, December 31: Genesis Worship at noon.
Each Advent season, our church offers a Service of Wholeness and Healing especially for those who have lost loved ones during the year. Recognizing that those who are mourning the loss of a loved one carry a special burden during the holiday season, we offer a contemplative service that expresses compassion, hope, and a quiet confidence in God’s ability to sustain us through our times of trial. While this service emphasizes the needs of those who have lost loved ones, it is suitable for anyone who desires a contemplative moment with God. Communion is served and anointing is available.
