Carrie joined the church staff in April 10. Prior to that, she worked for the City of Southlake Parks and Recreation Department. Carrie was also the Associate Director of Student Ministries at First United Methodist Church of Grapevine.  

Carrie was born in Odessa, but grew up in El Paso. She graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) with a B.S., majoring in Communication Studies.

Carrie is married to Brad and they have a daughter, Emily.
