Sherry joined the church staff in December 1996. Prior to that she worked part time at her husband's architectural firm and raised two daughters. Sherry was born in Beaumont, Texas, and spent most of her younger years in Waco. She graduated from Baylor University with B.A. degree, majoring in Business Education and English. She has a State of Texas Teachers Certificate. She is a member of Cowtown Model T Club and the Horseless Carriage Club. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and is looking forward to her first grandbaby. She and her husband, Bill, have been since 1972. They have two grown children, Kristi Hanna (married to Mike) in San Diego, and Kerri Herrington in Las Colinas, as well as two dogs - both Bichons - who run the household. |
